Used to fill significant pits in car bodies, boats, trailers, etc. and to strengthen and stiffen the construction of the elements under repair.

The BOLL repair kit is composed of polyester resin (242 g), hardener (8 g) and a glass mat(0.25 m2). It is used to fill in lager material losses in car bodies, boats, trailers, etc. and to reinforce and stiffen the structure of repaired elements. The resin adheres very well to metal, plastic surfaces, steel, glass, wood and concrete. It is resistant to temperature up to 80oC, impact of weather conditions, gasoline, lubricants, oils, diluted acids and bases. It is characterised with high elasticity and a short hardening time. When hardened, it has very high mechanical strength, it may be ground and covered with any polyester putties.

Application:

Grind, clean and degrease the damaged surface. Cut the glass mat to the desired dimension. Add the hardener to the required quantity of resin (about 2-3 %) and mix well in the attached cup. Within maximum 10 minutes (at 20oC) apply the resin to the cleaned place. Apply the pre-cut mat and press it with a brush or roller and apply the resin again. After about 45 minutes the resin is completely hardened. If so required, apply another layer onto the wet surface.

ATTENTION: Do not pour any remaining resin with the hardener back to the can.
