Product which combined with a BOLL mat or fibre glass is used to fill significant loss of material in car bodies, boats, trailers, etc. and also to strengthen  and stiffen the constructions of the elements under repair. Very good adherence to metal, plastic surfaces, steel, glass and concrete. Resistant to temperature up to 80°C has elasticity and short hardening time. After hardening it has big mechanical strength and can be covered with any polyester putty.

The BOLL polyester resin – in combination with a glass mar or fabric - is used to fill in lager material losses in car bodies, boats, trailers, etc. and to reinforce and stiffen the structure of repaired elements. It adheres very well to metal, plastic surfaces, steel, glass, wood and concrete. It is characterised with high elasticity up to 80°C, high elasticity and a short hardening time. When hardened, it has very high mechanical strength and it may be covered with any polyester putties. The kit contains: 970 g polyester resin, 30 g hardener.

Application:
Grind, clean and degrease the damaged surface. Cut the glass mat to the desired dimension. Add the hardener to the required quantity of resin (about 2-3 %) and mix well. Within maximum 10 minutes (at 20oC) apply the resin to the cleaned place. Apply the pre-cut mat and press it with a brush or roller and apply the resin again. After about 45 minutes the resin is completely hardened. If so required, apply another layer onto the wet surface.

ATTENTION: Do not pour any remaining resin with the hardener back to the can.
